The clients, a family of four, had outgrown the footprint of their 2 bed/1 bath 1906 bungalow.
After searching for a new home and coming up empty-handed, they drew up preliminary plans to add a 2nd floor on their existing home. This turned out to be a cost prohibitive plan, so they turned to us for options.
We recommended stabilizing and waterproofing the unfinished basement to double the size of the home. This reclaimed dry space allowed for an extra bedroom, tv room, bathroom, utility room and a large storage space to be built out.
