We work with condo regulations and secure the necessary building permits for restructuring condo units which extend over water in a commercial condo building.
Two years after we remodeled this client’s 2 bed/ 2 bath waterfront condo, the client purchased the adjoining condo with the goal of merging the units. We added laundry, more storage, a dressing room and combined bedrooms to create a large and wellappointed family room, complete with customized built-ins to highlight the client’s art collection and an electric fireplace.
